In Gwangju 2015 Summer Universiade, the Republic Of Korea held from 3 to 14 July 2015, Tushar Shelke achieved 33rd rank with 41 seeds. In April 2023 in Tashkent 2023 Asia Cup leg 2, Uzbekistan, Tushar Shelke was ranked 9th with 6 seeds. In Colombia during the Medellin 2023 Hyundai Archery World Cup, Stage 3 in June 2023, he gained 16 seeds with 33rd rank. In Berlin Hyundai World Archery Championship, Germany organised from 31 July 2023 to 6 August 2023, Tushar Shelke gained 55 seeds and secured 33rd rank. In the Paris 2023 Archery World Cup, France organised from 15 to 20 August 2023, he secured 65th rank with 53 seeds.

• In the Compound Men’s individual event, all three medals were won by Indians. In the Recurve men’s team event, Tushar Prabhakar Shelke along with Mrinal Chauhan and Jayanta Talukdar defeated China by the score of 5-1 and bagged the gold medal at Asia Cup-World Ranking Tournament, Stage II in Tashkent.
