On 24 December 2022, she was found hanging in a bathroom of her makeup room on the sets of the Hindi TV show ‘Ali Baba: Dastaan-E-Kabul’ (2022). She was immediately taken to JJ Hospital in Mumbai, but she was declared dead by the doctors. On the same day, she had shared a story from the sets of her TV show where she was seen getting her makeup and hair done.
