Sakshma Srivastav is an Indian host, TV anchor, actor, and social media personality. She is famous for being the first Indian anchor to interview the famous K-pop band, BTS.

Sakshma Srivastav was born on Friday, 13 February 1998 (age 25 years; as of 2023) in Mumbai. She pursued her schooling at two different schools Gokuldham High School & Jr. College, Mumbai, and Rajhans Vidyalaya, Mumbai. She pursued a bachelor’s degree in business at the University of Mumbai, Mumbai. By the age of 15, Sakshma was a trained dancer and trained with Shaimak Davar`s Institute of Performing Arts since childhood.

Television
Sakshma made her TV debut with season 6 of the documentary TV series, Gumraah – End of Innocence (2012), on Channel V with the episodic role of a teenage girl Taani.

In 2015, at the age of 17, Sakshma participated in the Miss Miss Mumbai Pageant and won the contest. In 2016, she became a finalist in the Miss India beauty pageant competition but did not win it.

After the Miss India beauty pageant was over, the organising company of the pageant hired Sakshma as an anchor and host for their YouTube channel “ZoomTV”, she interviewed many A-lister celebrities including Priyanka Chopra, Ajay Devgan, Hrithik Roshan, and Anil Kapoor. However, her show was not well received. In June 2021, she interviewed the famous K-pop band BTS, which gained a lot of, media attention and Sakshma became a famous name in the entertainment Industry. After her interview with BTS, she interviewed many famous K-pop bands including X:IN, H1-Key, Lun8, and Treasure.

In January 2021, Sakshma started her own YouTube channel, where she uploads daily vlogs. Her YouTube channel is all things Korean. She uploads her vlogs of travelling to South Korea and trying new Korean foods. She also uploads videos with makeup and styling tips.
