After her divorce from Shweta Tiwari, she met the Bhojpuri actress Shradha Sharma. They met at a party and became friends there. He then invited her for coffee. However, problems started arising between the two when Shradha came to know about Raja’s over-drinking habit. In an interview, while talking about Raja, she said that Raja used to drink too much and tended to become violent. Shradha also said that Raja cheated on her, which she found out through a TV show. When she confronted him, he said that he was drunk and that happened by mistake. Whereas, the girl with whom he was involved blamed it on Raja. After a few days of the incident, the couple parted ways.

Controversies
Accused of Domestic Violence
His ex-wife Shweta Tiwari once filed a complaint against Raja accusing him of domestic violence. Reportedly, the reason behind their divorce was Raja’s abusive nature. In an interview, Raja shared that Shweta had an affair with her co-actor Cezanne Khan. Later, his girlfriend Shradha Sharma and second wife Shveta Sood also accused him of domestic violence.
Arrested by Mumbai Police
In 2018, he was arrested by Uttar Pradesh Police after he landed in a fight with a group of people under the influence of alcohol in Kanpur. The police registered a case against Raja Chaudhary and sent him for a medical test in a nearby hospital.
Fight With Dolly Bindra
In 2010, while his ex-wife Shweta Tiwari was in the Bigg Boss house, she had a brawl with her co-contestant Dolly Bindra. During the fight, Shweta said that Raja once had a fight with Dolly, and slapped her during an event.
Fued with a Producer
In 2013, he landed in a fight with an Indian producer and a performer named Surbhi Chatterjee. Raja insulted her and caused a big commotion before leaving for a nearby coffee shop. Raja had previously collaborated with Surbhi on a music album and had come to celebrate. As soon as Raja arrived at the event, his friends informed him that Surbhi had named her dog after him. This made him extremely furious. He felt like he was being discredited and defamed. Before things got even worse, Raja decided to leave the party and went to sit at a nearby coffee shop. His friends and public relations agent hurriedly tried to fix the situation. In an interview, Raja said,
Surbhi used my name to gain attention and created a whole drama that I wasn’t prepared for at all. I arrived late to the party for personal reasons, and as soon as I faced the media, she started insulting me and threatened to sue me for Rs10 lakh for being late, among other things.”
