Pratiksha’s debut Marathi film was ‘Are Deva’ (2007). She got a major breakthrough in the Marathi film ‘Chala Khel Khelu Ya Doghe’ (2009). She played the lead role in this film. Apart from this, she worked in ‘Power’ (2013), ‘Bhootacha Honeymoon’ (2013), ‘Saubhagya Majha Daivat’ (2015) etc.

Pratiksha’s debut Marathi TV serial was ‘Dilya Ghari Tu Sukhi Raha’ (2011-12) telecast on Zee Marathi. She worked in a few other Marathi serials like ‘Mendichya Panavar’ (2012), ‘Chhoti Malkin’ (2017), ‘Devmanus’ (2020-2021), ‘Gatha Navnathanchi’ (2021) etc.
