Manasi Joshi Roy is an Indian film and television actress. She is the sister of Bollywood actor Sharman Joshi. She has appeared in the Bollywood film Student of the Year 2. She was India’s first Star Movies host on Bol Bollywood.

Theatre
During her college days, Manasi Joshi Roy began her theatre career with a Gujarati play which was directed by her father, Arvind Joshi. She has performed in Arvind’s plays, which explored father-daughter relationships. She has acted in many plays like Eni Sugandhno Dariyo, and Tamari Neha, and I ought to be in the pictures. She played the lead female part in the Hindi version of the play All The Best (1992), produced by Feroz Abbas Khan. The play turned out to be a smash hit and was staged for the next 8 years.
Television
Manasi made her television debut with the TV show Gaatha on Star Plus. She has played many roles including Sudha in Saaya (1998–1999) on Sony TV, Chandni “Uparwali” in Gharwali Uparwali (2000–2003) on Star Plus, and Madhuri Pankaj Sharma in Dhhai Kilo Prem (2017) on Star Plus. Manasi made an appearance in Sheela Ramani in Saturday Suspense (1997), a suspense thriller series, on Zee TV. In this show, Manasi had an episodic role. She has also hosted several shows on TV like Entertainment Now and Tara Rum Pum Pum.
In 2005, She participated in Season 1 of the celebrity dance reality show, Nach Baliye. She participated with Rohit Roy.
