Film
Suresh debuted in the Tamil film industry with the film ‘Chocolate’ in 2001. He played the role of a rowdy in the film. He appeared as a rowdy in many other films such as ‘M. Kumaran Son of Mahalakshmi’ (2004) and ‘Thirupaachi’ (2005). Suresh debuted as a lead actor with the horror film ‘Padithavudan Kilithu Vidavum’ in 2018.

He appeared in many other films such as a servant in ‘Vallavanukku Pullum Aayudham’ (2014), Rishi in ‘Enakku Vaaitha Adimaigal’ (2017), a kidnapper in ‘Biskoth’ (2020), and Maari in ‘My Dear Lisa’ (2022).

Controversy
Garlanding a Female Anchor
In September 2023, Suresh found himself clouded in controversy after he forcibly placed a garland on a female anchor during an event. The video footage of the incident, in which the anchor appeared visibly uncomfortable, later went viral on the internet. Suresh then took to social media and posted a video in which he issued an apology for his actions. In the video, he explained that he had done it as a playful gesture, but it turned out to be the opposite.
