Ambati Arjun is an Indian software engineer, YouTuber, actor, and model, who has predominately worked in the Telugu entertainment industry. He is known for appearing in famous serials and films such as Arddhanaari (2016), Agni Sakshi (2017), and Devatha – Anubandhala Alayam (2020). He hit the headlines in October 2023 after he was selected to make a wild card entry in the seventh season of the reality TV Bigg Boss Telugu.

Nagarjuna Reddy Ambati was born on Saturday, 16 August 1986 (age 37 years; as of 2023) in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, India. His zodiac sign is Leo. Ambati did his schooling in Andhra Pradesh.

Thereafter, he earned a bachelor’s degree in technology in computer science. While studying in college, he joined the National Cadet Corps (NCC), and in 2006, he was chosen to be part of the NCC’s Republic Day contingent. According to him, he was the only Naval Wing NCC Cadet from Andhra Pradesh to be chosen to attend the Republic Day Camp.

After completing his formal education, Ambati worked as an IT professional in Hyderabad and then in Bengaluru. However, he left the job to become a model. In an interview, he talked about his family’s reaction and said,
When they came to know that I was leaving a good job and entering films, they scolded me a lot.”

After working as an IT professional for some time, Ambati resigned from his job to pursue a career in modelling. He started working as a model and appeared in many advertisements. In 2014, he was featured in the Jogi & Jogan Calendar. He has also featured in numerous fashion magazines.

Arjun made his acting debut in the Telugu film industry with the film Soukhyam, which was released in 2015. In the film, he essayed the role of a villain named Arjun.
